"Healthy Morning" brings you a wonderful life!!

Good afternoon, everyone, my name is Naoko Tanaka.
I'm here today to talk about healthy life, especially focused on that how we should spend our morning time.

The method I would recommend for "Healthy Morning" are the following two rules.

*** First, having a well-regulated life in the morning *****

*** Second, doing a light exercise before eating breakfast ****

For a well-regulated life,you should get up and eat breakfast at the same time every day
To keep our health, we need a kind of rhythm in our body.
A well-regulated life will provide you a good-night-sleep, a peace of emotion and a good quality life.

Also, doing a light exercise before eating breakfast is a good way to "Healthy Morning".Increasing number of Japanese people tend to not have breakfast in these days, We should have enough energy to get through our work until lunchtime by eating breakfast. However, early-morning stomach is not working well.
For this reason, we need a light exercise before breakfast. After exercise, your stomach is ready to accept a healthy breakfast.

If you make a good start in the morning, you definitely can get a good finish at the end of the day.


##Here is a good example for "Healthy Morning" which I recommend to you.##

1. waking up at 6 A.M. in the morning and taking a walk to your neighborhood park
As you walk, you can enjoy bird's signing, flower's blooming, greeting to neighbors, and sunshine! -sometimes rainy shower--

2. doing "Radio Calisthenics" at the park from 6:30 till 6:40
Now, Let me talk about "Radio Calisthenics", which is one of the most popular exercises in Japan. Most people grew up in Japan surely know it. People have done it in their school, and at the neighbor-park during school-holiday, when they were children.

"Radio Calisthenics" is organized into two parts, "Radio Calisthenics 1" is for the general population, regardless of age or sex, and "Radio calisthenics 2" is a little bit harder, and for the workplace.

You might be able to find a "Group morning radio calisthenics" at a park, which is a common sight in many local communities. You can start to join them whenever you like. It's also a fine opportunity for neighbors to get to know each other.

Actually my husband's parents are doing it every morning. Their relationship is getting better than before, and also they became much healthier. I would recommend it to you!

For more information about radio calisthenics, please have a look at the documents which I handed out. This is from a website of NHK, that broadcasts the Radio calisthenics 1, 2 and Calisthenics for Everyone on TV and radio station at the same time every day.

Ok, now move back to an example, after an exercise,

3. going back home and having a healthy breakfast including a lot of vegetables and fruits
Now, you can get a healthy eating habit in your morning time!!
